I agree with you Cindy. Maintenance is the hardest of all. Wish I could find a plan that kept BGL's stable and satisfied my appetite! I'm hoping higher fat is going to be the key and I read Barry's book, but I seem to gain on high fat even with moderate protein and VLC. So the search continues!
