Eat fat get thin

natural health and weight loss.

Do you think that T or T has some things in it thats in the other 2 books. i am thinking on getting this one. What do youu all think

thanks for your input

For a basic weight loss and health concern I would get Natural Health, then Trick and Treat for different information on foods, etc..

Eat Fat, Get Thin is very similar to Natural Health..only EFGT isn't available for sale unless you live in the UK and can get it second hand.

I have read NHWL and am about 4/5th done with T&T. There is a lot of repeated information as each book adds to the information from the last one. The latest one is the more complete one but is less a "diet" book. I would get T&T and get the diet info from his web site: Diabetes Diet Home Page - Diabetes Diet. UK It is very complete.

I just ordered NHWL off E-bay and it will come from the UK. About $16 including shipping so not bad. I never could find EFGT, but did order and read Eat Fat Look Thin. Not enough info for me about the specifics of the diet, just a lot of info about food in general.

I got Trick and Treat through an interlibrary loan and I'm about one-fourth of the way through it. I bought NHWL through Amazon. I guess since it's quite a while from the time that I read NHWL, I don't remember the material in it that well and it seems like I'm reading a whole new book.
