BK- Spirutein drink made with full fat coconut milk, ground flaxseeds, calcium, taurine, frozen strawberries (2). Lunch- 8 oz. bison burger, 6 oz fresh squeezed carrot juice, 1/2 kind bar Dinner- 2 egg feta cheese omelet cooked in coconut oil, coconut milk tonic, small orange I lift weights 3X a week, heavy. I don't do any cardio other than what I get in a normal day of cleaning or whatever. [/COLOR] |

[COLOR="Purple"]45 minutes of heavy weight lifting. Down to 146.8 lbs. Ate ZC saturday and most of yesterday but I snuck in a few carbs yesterday, but still under 10 grams.
I plan to do ZC's a few days of the week but I don't think that I would like doing ZC forever. [/COLOR] |
