Almond Butter!!!
Ok, confession time. I have a NEW obsession! Man, this stuff ROCKS! I have a question though. Has anyone had a problem eating this daily (2T)? Has it caused you to stall, etc? I never thought I would find anything better than Peanut Butter, but this stuff is right up there with it:blush:

Almond butter is good...........It comes down to a "calorie" thing. Just incorporate it as a fat/protein in your plan.

Me too!
I love almond butter. I think it really depends. So far I havn't been stalling. As Carolyn said, I think it also comes down to a calorie thing. |
