Are there any weight loss products that have no side effects?

Hi,

I have tried so many products for losing weight. But so far I haven’t found any products which give good results without any side effects. Now, I'm looking for products that have no side effects and can help me to control my weight. Can anyone help me?

The only thing that I've ever found that has helped to control my appetite withut side effects is to low carb CONSISTENTLY and CLEANLY.

After a few weeks of clean induction the appetite should be under control. If it's not you should check for possible triggers, such as bars and shakes, artificcial sweeteners, hidden carbs, etc.

Liinda: I don't know of any products that actually work at all..(despite the side effects).

Some people were doing a CLA experiment for a while on this site, but I don't think it worked that well for the most part.

You are SOOOOOOOOOO much better off just doing a good lowcarb plan with portion control. Your body and your heart will thank you.

I have done a few things in the past..nothing worked and only made my wallet thinner and my heart race a bit..(not a good thing)

Are you referring to weight loss pills, shakes, etc. I wouldn't recommend any of these. I would just stick with clean low carb foods and you should be good to go. The only side effects you should really see with this WOL is smaller waist :kicking:

I coudn't agree more. There is no such thing as a "weight-loss product". These things are a classic misnomer, they ought to be called "money-maker-for-the-manufacturer". Most of them are fakes, full of crap, tasteless and not fit for human consumption.
Do yourself a favour and learn how to cook properly. Get rid of everything that is processed and eat REAL food. Eat low carb and do not get tricked into buying "Low-carb-Products". Again: there is no such thing as a processed low-carb product worth your money or your health.
