I started hula hooping today. I'm going to do short bursts thoughout the day. I need to find a better hoop, though. This one isn't working so well!!!

LE: You know..let me tell you something. On Wii Fit, you hula hoop without a hoop and it is just as effective. Just set your timer for 3 minutes..go one way, then go the other way.
I have a weighted hula hoop that I bought..It's about 3 pounds and it is soft, so I don't get many bruises, but I can't do it as long as without a hoop.. Off to do my Wii Fit.. |

Wii Fit's are the bestest thing in the world. However, I do enjoy playing a round of tennis, too.

Hi guys..
I can barely do 10 minutes on the elliptical, Gord........... MaryKay is our champion spinner.. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning..Nothing great, but I had just come back from the chiro and didn't want to mess up anything he did. Breakie: Piece of almond flour coffeecake, coffee with cream Snack: Vanilla Latte Lunch: Small side salad/hamburger patty Dinner: Scallops and jicama hashbrown dish. Dessert: SF jello.
