Chocolate Covered Bacon!!!

Ok, so I took the plunge and made some chocolate covered bacon today using some fried bacon dipped in CO bark, stuff in freezer for about 10 minutes and then double dipped. WOW, this stuff is good Sweet and Salty! PLUS low carb!!!

hmmm, never tried the bacon flavored chocolate. Bet it is not very low carb though

I just used the Coconut Bark recipe off the board here and dipped some fried bacon in it and these put in freezer...YUM!
