Hey! Wow, thanks, I just tried this and it is amazing! You'll find lots of calorie counters and calculators telling you how much you need and spend a day, but this is great and actually suited to the exact diet we're all on. That's great, especially since low-carb is generally seen as unhealthy and bad for your body so you don't find as much stuff on it as you would for other diets.
