Interesting exercise study.
I found an interesting study about diabetes and exercise timing.
At first it goes against common sense but it's a good read. The
study used people willing to get 2 one hour periods per day. They
found that if they exercised before 2 of there meals there fasting
blood sugar was a lot lower the folowing day. But moving the exercise
to after the 2 meals did not lower there fasting blood sugar the next
day. I just wish i was willing to exercise 2 hours a day heck I feel
verry good about geting any exercise.

I think it's interesting, but I think that ultimately we all need to find out what works for each of us. Personally, I don't think 2 hours daily is required to see results.
I tracked my BS carefully for a period and was exercising 4-5 times a week from 20-45 mins per time. I found that the day after I exercised I saw a 10% drop in BG from the comparable days when I did not exercised. So, if I exercised Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, I saw the 10% drops on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday compared to the Wednesday, Friday and Sunday (previous) when I had not exercised the day before. That was good enough for me to realize that I can get out there even a 30 minute session every day whenever possible.
I encourage anyone who is regularly measuring BG numbers to track numbers carefully, exercise as much as you can consistently, and see if you can find comparable patterns rather than worry about 2 hours a day. Explore before meals, after meals, etc.
