yesterday
I thought I could have a Fuse {low carb}drink,not so.![]() My sugar went up to 171 ![]() Did not come down the rest of the day. Man was I ever on a bad high. I have learned a lesson.![]() Today I feel like I am on a hangover the size of Texas. Never do that again....... ![]() |

Yes, it's a learning process. Lc just isn't always so I mostly stay away from processed foods and drinks. It's simple, effective, but not necessarily as convenient.

Just curious, do you remember how many carbs it had in it?
I just realized this morning that my Atkins Shakes are making my BG go up. Not too bad, but mine was 100 after two hours this morning. I hate to give them up because I hate breakfast and they are so convenient ![]() |

The Atkins products don't seem to work for us diabetics, sadly. I haven't tried them yet, but I haven't heard many good reports from diabetics.
Honeybuns, don't worry too much. The only way we learn how different foods/drinks affect us is by consuming them. |
