Quick update

I just wanted to thank each of you who has responded to my comments and let you know how things are going.

I decided to try adding some lemon juice or vinegar to my vegetables, make lemonade, or take apple cider vinegar tablets with my evening meal and my bedtime snack. I've managed to get my fasting glucose readings under 100 finally. This morning it was 96. Also the range between all readings throughout the day runs 96-110. More consistent.

I still need to incorporate more physical activity, but I'm getting there.

Thank you again.
