Triglycerides

Just an observation....the other day, my employer provided a biometric screening for the employees. We were given cholesterol, triglyceride, and blood glucose readings. As this was in the afternoon, my test was non-fasting. In spite of this, my triglyceride level was still a 66!!! Anything below 150 is considered normal. My level used to be around 130+ fasting (if I remember correctly...). I found this result to be astounding! Thanks, LC WOE!!!

yes, triglycerides are pretty much totally dependent on carb intake. some people's genetics leave them high all the time though.
