Blood-work results..pretty pleased

Doctors visit today showed the following results:
LDL 118.7
HDL 62
Total Cholesterol 190
Tryglycerides 63

Who says you can't eat the Low Carb way of life and be healthy?

my doctor would be having FITS over the LDL and total numbers... you can't please everyone. even after a VAP test. I have to keep reminding her! *sigh*

Eating a good low carb diet will do it, it's not either/or. Don't be afraid of fat, even saturated fat, when you're eating a well-constructed low carb diet. Eating high fat/low carb is good for your cholesterol levels.
