Your HDL and your Triglycerides are fantastic !

And when you have low Triglycerides and high HDL this
usualy indicates that the LDL you have is the large fluffy
kind that is not harmful. We have a discusion somewhere
here about the VAP test for chlosterol particle size.

Well you wouldn't have thought this had you heard what the PA said. Goodness! She told me to lay off the pastries She didn't know what to say when I told her I hadn't eaten one bite of sugar in 9 years. She just didn't say another word about my tests actually.

Well several of the medical guidelines are gradually being updated. Take vitamin D
the RDA of 400 iu. a day has been raised. It used to be a blood pressure of 120/80
was considered perfect well it's not bad but 110/70 is even better.

But back to chlosterol it can be to high and it can be to low. Verry low levels of chlosterol are asociated with more cancer and stroke. And with a little more anziety
and depression!

Here is a the result of a least one study perhaps it's not 100% right
but it's something to look at.
