Today I ate:

Breakfast - 2 chicken sausages

Snack/Lunch - 1 ounce cheddar cheese and 1 ounce almonds

Dinner - 2 eggs and 3 slices of spam fried in butter

Snack - 2 chicken sausages with mustard

Snack - 1/2 ounce almonds and 1 cup sugar free jello

FYI - I stay up pretty late, so I tend to not really eat much of a lunch and then have a few snacks throughout the night after dinner

Kay9 - Your stats are amazing. Almost 200 pounds gone in a year! Congrats!!!

I just looked at the Ecodrink you mentioned. Do you take it regularly? I have been looking for a new way to get my vitamins in. I've been taking gummy vitamins because I have a very hard time with pills, but stopped because I didn't want the carbs that came with them.

S - 16oz low carb chocolate milk
D - Ham, cheese, pickle, mustard wrapped in low carb tortilla

I said I was going to stay away from those low carb tortillas!

I also had a Vitamin Water Zero today. It had zero calories listed, but after I drank the whole thing I noticed it had 4 carbs. Not sure how you can have carbs with no calories???

I'd love to join in! I restarted yesterday. Low-carb has worked very well for me in the past, I lost 50 lbs on it for our wedding. That was four years ago and I've gained it all back. I don't have a scale right now but I'm sure I need to lose at least 150 lbs. I have restarted several times since then but it hasn't stuck. I need to check in with you guys every day and stay strong!

Today:
B: coffee w/HWC
L: sliced hotdogs fried in butter, dipped in mayo and "reduced sugar" ketchup. 1 egg, 1 piece string cheese.
D: chicken w/broccoli, carrots, pea pods and water chestnuts stir-fried in oil and soy sauce.
Probably will make some brown rice for the DH.

Last night after dinner I ate a handful of "chili-lemon" flavored peanuts. Then I read the label and saw Corn Syrup listed on the ingredients. You really have to read everything! Sheesh.

I needed a little something sweet after dinner so i made a little smoothie of all natural peanut butter, a couple tbsp HWC, water, a tsp coconut oil, splenda and ice. I should have bought some SF jello at the store, that would have been a better choice but i was working with what i had on-hand.

Thanks for the welcome, Strawberry!
Really not feeling like eating today.
But, I made some of those "jalapeno popper" thingys this morning and they were very tasty. (jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon.)
I also had made some chicken soup but it was grossing me out.

B: jalapeno poppers
L: leftovers: zoodles w/hamburger, pizza sauce and parm cheese
D: Not sure. Maybe a protein shake.
