May? Already? It's going by so quickly. Hope everyone is having a good week. Lots of terrible storms. Hope everyone is safe.
My week is going well. Tonight's dinner was cauliflower mash, meatballs and broccoli slaw. I'm off the bars and shakes. Hoping for results next week.

Thank you Deb for starting us off with a beautiful page again! You do such a great job!!

I've been babysitting and going to bed early to get up early! Lol!
I did a stupid thing Wednesday evening. Had my ever present glass of filtered water sitting beside me on the sofa and knocked my cell off the arm and it went directly into the water!! Amazing! If I had tried to do it, it would have been almost impossible!! Oh well, my contract is up the end of the month so I'll just have to wait. It works at home and at DS's house and other places with WiFi.

Tulip- I'm OK. Foot still hurts but I've got to endure it for another couple weeks. WTG on the weight loss!!!!

Good Morning Glories!!! Yea, Deb, tried the rice. Now it won't work at all, even at home! Oh well, the guy at my company said it was soooo close he hated to charge me $100 but that was policy. I told him not to feel bad because I wasn't paying it!! Lol Told him I'd do without or use an old phone!

Only 300? I would like to see 300 again and I plan on it and then some. I have a long road to get where I want to go, but slow and steady will get me there.

Thanks, Kay. It will be a long one. I had hit 501 before we started this five weeks ago. I am down 33 pounds so far. The hard part is keeping my wife and her mom (who lives with us) focused and on the bandwagon. Both are breadaholics. -_-

goodnight everyone tomorrow starts 4 am wakeups for the next 6 days! kenny and ashley got pulled for some OT hopefully they can get caught up on some of their behind finances
somehow i have got to get this place clean sigh still trying not to get my hopes up about that caregiver program but i find myself thinking how much easier things will be if we can qualify

I'm so sorry to hear about your cell phone! That's the worst. I once spilled coffee on my phone and it never worked the same again. I hope you're able to find an old one or get a new one soon!

Hello all.

Iagree, place the phone in rice. The rice absorbs the water. It takes 2-3 days.

Am resolving to look here more than facebook unless it's the lchf group.
Also to walk with my 6yo when the weather permits.

I watched the Fathead documentary on Hulu but it's also on youtube.

Happy day to all.

Try getting a tracfone for an emergency. Buy some minutes. That is all we use. Right now I have 4k minutes on it and over a year left on it. It costs me $200 yr for 4500 min or $140 a year for 3000 min - my choice and the min carry over if unused. I can buy an extra year for $40. Since I don't use it a lot, that's what I usually do. I can text too.

I use my cell to stay connected to out of town family and text quite a bit. I had over 700 pictures but was able to save them to my computer. So happy about that.

Deb, are you journaling everything that causes an attack? That might help someone figure out how to help him. Will Steven help you clean when he gets home?

onecloud- Ouch on the phone! Depending on your carrier you should be able to get a "banger" phone to make due with. I use Straight Talk and use their SIMs that use AT&T's network, so any unlocked AT&T phone (or factory unlocked phone) works. If you can use an unlocked GSM phone you ought to look at Blu phones on Amazon; they are nice but don't cost a fortune for most models.

Deb- Deep breaths! Deep breaths! Even though it seems wild now it will get better/slower. I just hope your fingernails hold out long enough.
