HUGE to all the LOSERS today! For those that aren't, remember the scales are EVIL!!

Wow May is almost gone...

May 1- 13 = 124 lbs
May 14 - today (26th) = 123 lbs (Day 12 with no weight loss or gain!!)

Ate a 5 oz bag of pork rinds last night -- way too many kcals but it's all good there aren't any carbs!!!

Wishing all of us continued success on our personal LC WOE journeys!

Had some pretty heavy food days this weekend but also could not have been more active if I tried.. Saturday we wanted to do a bit of a pub crawl so we decided to do it on bike. Took 6hrs and went 37km.. Took yesterday off

Sammi - Just enjoy it! I really do think food/drink is such a wonderful part of life, it would be such a shame to miss out on those things while in Germany.

Thanks Cuda, I am owning this lol, it is definitely better than my normal Monday morning gain , especially considering that I had 2 Henny with diet coke Saturday night I was thinking it was gonna catch up with me as it usually does , in the past that would have put at least a pound on me , but slow and steady it didn't this weekend woo hoo lol

Okay, this is the damage I have done. Total weigh gain with both vacations added together is 13.6 pounds. This is one area I must really work on mentally, vacations! Back to chugging water and eating low carb.

Judy, you and me both! One thing I can say with confidence though. I gave up beer 2 years ago when I started LC and I haven't TOUCHED one since! (Now, don't ask me about vodka or tequila ) I will NOT waste carbs on booze when there are sooo many good cookies.

Terri I admire that you workout. That is a good thing. I must say extra housework (spring cleaning) and riding the bike is helping my metabolism. I have a certain amount and type of carb I can tolerate to keep me losing. Same to keep me maintaining. I have to stick with it. The minute I test it. My body puts that darn weight on or I am just stalled.

Must say though this year the body is doing weird stuff. Last year, I lost pretty steadily but I didn't see much difference in the belly region. But this year, the belly is shrinking. I was looking at pic from last year to this year. Face is smaller. To prove lower Belly Jan 46 inches mid belly 43 inches. Today lower belly 42-43 mid belly 41. I able to buy smaller size pants from 18w to 14-16w ( the 16w are big ) And, I don't mind looking at myself in the mirror as I am walking down the street.

Thanks Cuda, I am owning this lol, it is definitely better than my normal Monday morning gain , especially considering that I had 2 Henny with diet coke Saturday night I was thinking it was gonna catch up with me as it usually does , in the past that would have put at least a pound on me , but slow and steady it didn't this weekend woo hoo lol
