He really truly is! What I love most about him is that he loves me, literally, through thick (fat) and thin. He always says, whatever makes you happy makes me happy...

I am off on vacation for about two weeks. I hope I don't return with an extra 10 pounds. I am going to try very hard to be conscientious of what I am eating. This will be quite a challenge .

Hang in there Terri, we have all been there, I know I have and as I always say it is mind over matter , and if i aint completely focused , i do the same thing over and over again, It can be a vicious cycle.

Where is everybody? Dang this thread used to be really big! Oh well, there is dynamite in small packages. It's still my first love when it comes to the LCF message boards.

I killed it at the gym yesterday. There was a sub instructor and she had us doing some really weird stuff. At first we were all making faces like we wanted to walk out, but at the end, we were all sweating, moaning and groaning. Worked some muscle groups that hadn't been worked lately! Soreness will follow I'm certain!

Make the best of this Tuesday! Remember, we are working toward a holiday weekend. If the weather is nice, GET UP AND GET OUT AND GET MOVING!!!

Hi all. Was wanting to join you. I am addicted to the scale and I weigh myself more then 1 time a day!! I always use my 8 a.m. weight as my marker weight, but, I seriously weigh myself like 5 times a day. It is funny, too, because, when I weigh myself, I get totally naked! So, in the middle of the day, I strip down and jump on that evil scale!!
