Ooooo I ate darn near a whole bag of Fried chicken this weekend! I just couldn't control myself. woke up with serious heartburn!

Afraid of the scale. So, I am on punishment for the next 3days

The sweet stuff don't get me. You can have it. It's the crunchy crackly salty stuff!

Sigh...I know...I know...I am like 217-219 FOREVER. I saw 214 briefly around the 1st of April ( never bothered to record it because I knew it wouldn't last) but since then up and down. There are lots of reason for it. setbacks,mood, weather, new environment stifling my control BUT at least we are still sexy Terri.

You how it is. For some just starting out the weight drops easily. Then if you gain and it happens a lot it is harder to do the second time around. For some like the yoyo dieter it is even harder. For some it is a metabolism thing, pre, peri, post,menopausal whatever... I say don't give up. Keep your eye on the weight and keep adjusting at least try to maintain and you certainly are doing that.
