Holy 'Whole Hog Delicious lunch' yesterday BATMAN!!!

I'm still full. I haven't eaten a thing since then. Even went to the gym, and we were doing some pushups while rolled out on an aerobics ball. I was just rolling my lunch around in my belly! Thought it was gonna be mushed right out! guhhh

I fluctuate due to my inability to stay on plan/wine consumption over the weekends.. I lose all week and gain all weekend. It’s a vicious cycle that gets me nowhere.

Oh my story of my life, I am on point all week, usually weigh less on Saturday than anyother day, then Friday Night Happens, and Saturday night happens and I spend the next 2 days guzzling water and MOndays and tuesdays while im following plan like a pro, I weigh more on those days than any other, smh, it is a vicious cycle, this past weekend I had about 3-4 Hennessey and Diet coke, 2 mozz sticks and a handful of doritos, only to wake up yesterday and today with the 2 day gain but I do it to myself, just tomorrow it will go back down

April loss 7.5 lbs
May goal 5 lbs.

I weighed on my dad's old fashioned scales a couple of days after I got here. It looked like 260ish and now it looks like 257ish. I will be here until the 19th. I am going to try to track my weight loss the best I can. It was killing me not to weigh. Congratulations to all you losers!

Just Jo, I'm impressed with your journey! I can see where you are totally concerned about maintenance. That's always the hardest part if you ask me.
I see on your signature that you indicate you are a "repeat offender". Can you elaborate? Might give some of us "yo-yo'ers" a little encouragement!
Repeat Offender? Terri, I've been morbidly obese my entire life except for probably oh 10% when I finally lost the weight (yo yoing is my middle name) I've yo yoed so much you'd think I'd hang myself with all the string...

I thought I could EAT like those other carb-eating people. Stupid me... then this time around it finally HIT ME (okay Im a slow learner) that I am not like them... if I plan on staying at this weight I have to do the rest of the program. I've always lost weight on A '72 and rather quickly -- lost 100s of pounds over the year, literally and put it back on + some so that's why I am a repeat offender. But not any more because I REFUSE to REGAIN. A '72 has always been 100% successful for me but I''ve never been 100% with the plan because I never did the MOST important part... maintenance. But I will this time.

You're probably sorry you asked now, Terri. Didn't mean to write an essay.

Belly, you KNOW I'm gonna keep at it. I just wish I didn't have this uncontrollable crush on sweets. They are they ONLY thing that throw a monkey wrench at me.

Jo, NO! I'm not sorry I asked! It's just nice to know others that have lost the weight, and gained it back! I've done it probably 3 or now 4 times in my lifetime. Unfortunately, I've spent more time OBESE than SKINNY. Right now, I'm in a hovering pattern. Have been for over a year. Hanging on by my fingernails! I'm NOT letting go! I'll find that MOJO soon! I want to see ONEDERLAND before I die!

Well, I didn't expect to lose, but I didn't expect a GAIN either. SMDH.

This weekend will be interesting. Relay for life tomorrow night, so my sleep patterns and probably regular eating windows will be skewed. But there will also be lots of activity going on. You guys won't see me until Monday. EXHAUSTED I'm sure!
