I kind of got stalled for a few days and was bouncing up and down so I ate a carby meal and had a whoosh. I haven't been exercising either. Who knows.

I carb load on the weekends and then get back on track Monday-Thurs, so I tend to have a huge bounce up Monday and a loss by Friday.. Just hope I can pull enough the last 2 weeks to hit my goal!

Taking out 'all' sugar alcohols - this is my latest goal... I found it
in my toothpaste & mouthwash of all things. I believe its the suspect
in my heart flutters at night when I go to bed...
It's not supposed to be a serious thing, it just bothers me...
Will ask Dr when I visit next.

This number isn't BAD considering I spent the weekend with the cookie monster. I mean, I was having an illicit affair.

I was still within my eating window (noon - 2 p.m.) but DANG you can pack a bunch of carbs into 2 hours!

I want a do over of the weekend! It was way too short!

Julie...Get checked. That could be a-fib. I've had it for years and the only time I can actually "feel" it is when I'm in bed. It isn't serious "IF" it is treated. I'm on blood thinners and will be for the rest of my life (to prevent stroke). Stroke is the main danger of having a-fib. It's better not to wait to see the doctor.

Thanks Parisfox - I was going to see my doctor soon. I also read that taking this (diphenhydramine, lowest dose) might cause it too.
I take this for sleeping. I do have a mild MR (mitral regurgitation) so I am due to see doctor for this.

I did stay away from all sugar alcohols and the palpitation did not happen last night...

Good morning everyone.

I started back on Atkins on 4/9 at 278 lbs

So far this has been my weigh in results. I like to daily weight because it keeps me on track. I don't freak on a small gain, it just makes me look a bit more closely at my food plan and allows me to tweak it if needed.

Ugh, gotta get back down. I have been super clean eating since I stopped the Quest bars. I found out they knock you out of ketosis. :S

Good news though. I joined my husband's company fitness center. They have all the latest equipment, classes and an indoor track. I feel very comfortable there since it isn't a "meat market" atmosphere. I did a mile on the track and did some arm exercises with the ropes in between. I feel really good about it.
