.....nblanken....What is "njoy?" Never heard of it so I "googled" it and all it came up with was 2 things....."sex toys" and "electronic cigarettes." Since I don't think anyone would put either of those things in their coffee, I doubt that's what you guys are referring to.

Belly, Girl. You've done so well! 6 inches! wow! I know what you mean about the tight clothes though. With my creep of 15 lbs, my 16 jeans try to argue with me every DAY. But i say, SHUT UP, because i'm not giving you up!

It was a vice for me since forever...like late 80s
I used to have 5 tsp a day or 5 grams carbs....
I swore I'd never give it up... but never say never right?
It has that bad ingredient corn syrup...very bad...
I must be hyper sensitive to this because I always want more than
one cup of this...

I would have said 260 at the start of the month but you already crushed that!!.. Key is to pick something that is challenging, but still atainable.

Jbalnken/Terri - I used to use the Coffeemate French Vanilla, about 3tsp a coffee (2x/day).. Thats 30carbs and 240cal.. WOW! When I switched to this WOE in Oct I changed to just having cream in my coffee.. Now only 2 carbs/80 cal.. Funny now if I have some of my husbands it's WAY too sweet for me. Much improvement!

Hi Cudabear - - yes I really taste the sweet/sugar now even when I unknowingly take a taste of something, its repulsive. To me its like an ex-smoker thing... where you can't stand the smell...

Yep bear in mind sometimes you don't see the pounds coming off but you will notice it coming off in inches. You can see that my face is smaller. Arms and boobs.
I decided to check and notice the inches indeed had shrunk!
Anyhoo lost a lb today. 218 but who knows tomorrow. Up and down. I watch the carbs.Watch the sodium. And DRINK water ugh but I get good results when I do.
End of April would like to be solid 217 at least.

Terri stay in those size 16 you've come too far Lady ( don't make me fly down to Arkansas and kick your butt!)

2lbs that way you won't feel so disappointed on the other hand if you loose more you can jump up and down and brag about it

Ate a Quest bar before bed. Ugh, it is sittin' heavy in my gut. Too much fiber and I don't get along. I don't think Quest bars are good for a snack for me.

Going to meat only for a few days to break this cycle !!
I am in deep ketosis so I don't understand. I know I did more carbs
yesterday, but the netcarbs were still low. I don't think netcarbs
work for me... My body adapts to this eating way pretty fast
only one week...
