New year, new start!
Just to introduce myself.
I'm a mum to 3, 5yo b/g twins and 3yo little boy.
Started my "diet" or rather a lifestyle change in September at nearly 21stone (nearly 294lbs). My weigh in day is a Friday and I'm now 19stone 7lb (273lbs) so doing well on just changing what I eat.
Now schools back in I've been trying to walk everywhere. (Around 6 miles a day) and I go to aqua aerobics 2-3 times a week to help tone up.
My goal is to get down to a dress size 14, so around 170lbs, over 2ish years :-)
My other half asked me what my end goal is and when I get down to it he has said we'll get married :-D
