Bad binge last night - raisin bread, crackers with Brie, a few nachos, 4 small glasses of dry red wine. My special needs son loves raisin bread so I bought him 2 loaves, but I couldn't resist the temptation - ugh!!!!!!

....Dawn...I agree.....one of the BEST things about eating low/very low carb is the way it makes me feel.

Cat....Late night eating doesn't mix well with me either. I was SO hungry last night and had some salmon salad in the fridge and guess what....around 9:00 it was in my stomach!! I'm surprised I lost anything. Maybe it'll catch up with me tomorrow morning.

Hang in there, everyone. WE CAN DO THIS.....It just takes time!!

Terri we need to get you and me re motivated. Since my bf got here I have pretty much just maintained. I have binged at work on crackers and even chocolate one night from stress at work... Just need to recommit. I know some of it was working out my schedule now that he is here. Still working on that, but it's getting better.

Laura, it makes me feel warm and fuzzy that I'm not the only one with the maintenance struggle. I've been here for almost a year, and now the weight is slowly trying to creep back. I will not allow it. I might continue to struggle with my "remotivation", but I REFUSE to let this weight come back! It was TOO PAINFUL TO BE THAT FAT.

I'm weird about weighing daily and posting it. It helps sometimes and I feel sometimes it doesn't and feels wrong. I'm going to do it anyway this month whether it feels right or not.
Of course it feels great when the scale is going down...sucks when its not or moving up
