New to this
Hi! I just started the diet yesterday. I know, not the best month to do this but Im so over it. lol! My starting weight was 225.6 yesterday, as of this morning I am sitting at 221.2. I really didn't think it would be such a huge loss in 1 day. I am sure it is just a fluke. My goal weight is 115lbs as I am only but 5'2. So here is what I ate yesterday:
breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs plain at around 7 am
snack: 8 celery sticks dispursed throughout the day
lunch/dinner: 8 chicken wings plain around 2:30 pm
I wasnt hungry till about 9 pm after that and figured it was too late to eat anything so I just went to bed. As for exercise I haven't really started yet but will get on it soon. Any support or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Welcome! It sounds like your on the right track! The first few days can be challenging, stick with it! Make sure your eating enough, and drinking plenty of water!
