Hi! Im new here.

I have been doing carb night for a little over a month now. I started at 329, yikes! I'm on oxygen and pretty sedentary. I have a sister who is low carbing too. We have come up with some pretty neat foods since we didn't want to get bored on food. I'm now 317 but doing pretty good I think. It would be nice talking to someone who is pretty heavy too.

Welcome Stacy!!

You are in good hands here.. There is so much information and support here. I started about where you are and am over 150 pounds down!! I'd like to take off about another 15-20 pounds or so.. If I can do it anyone can!! Keep plugging away!!

Welcome, Stacy! This is a great place for support in this journey The sedentary part will improve. It's amazing how much easier it is to walk, go up stairs, doing everyday things like going shopping or even cleaning the house when the weight starts coming off.

Look forward to getting to know you

Kathy
