It is white right now. They are calling for a possibility of up to 20" of snow this weekend. I sure hope we don't get that.

Deb, I hope the weather is ok thrre to drive so far in the morning. No, I'm not on septic. Seemed to have remedied the shower/toilet issue; but the connection where pipe was replaced is leaking. Cleaned a lot of the basement with bleach; gosh I really can't stand the smell of it and it sets off my asthma. When I was bagging up the stuff that got ruined apparently there was oil which went all over floor, I got that cleaned up now too. I am so tired and all my muscles ache. I am really glad I've gotten most of the basement cleaned up now! I just want to relax, but need to shovel snow tonight so I can get out in the morning. I hope I'm burning a lot of calories!

I don't envyou all with the water problems. My toilet runs. Bthat's about it. I tried replacing the plug but maybe didn't do itnright. I will check it again this weekend and go back to the hardware store.

We are getting snow roght now. Saturday night we got about a foot and today they are predicting another 6" so I think we will have a white Christmas. I worked from home today and maybe again tomorrow. It will depend if I can get out of the driveway and if everything is plowed out.

Praying for everyone here. Merry Christmas.

Wow! I take off for the weekend and all my people have water problems. My DD has probs with hers too. She's on sewer but pipe from house to sewer line got stopped up. I haven't talked to her recently; my sister who lives out of town had to go to hospital. She had a heart cath but did not have a blockage! PTL!! Her chest is still hurting and they said it was prob nerves and stress. Told her to relax. Yea, right, huh??
We got home last night but I was soooo tired from ride and staying at hospital! Yuck!

Hope you all get your water probs taken care of!!

Deb- I just love Molly's big beautiful eyes!!

Guess everyone is very busy. It's tough this time of year. Hope everyone is doing well and those with water problems have gotten them fixed.

Last night I had my holiday work party. I was perfect with food choices until I had a couple of drinks. It's the first time I've made a poor choice since starting low carb. I really hope it doesn't side track me by making me crave sugar. I had potatoes with dinner and a bread pudding for dessert. All I could think about driving home was this horrible tar taste in my mouth. Tar smells and tastes pretty gross; it had to be from the food? The drinks were ok for low carb (rum and diet coke). At least at next holiday party tomorrow (all family) no one ever drinks so I won't waiver, i certainly better not!

Deb- DD's line was stopped up from house to sewer. She borrowed a snake and cleaned it herself while her DH was at work. Then they found a leak where it had not been fixed right before. She has a coworker who is fixing it for her. She is going to pay him which will be way cheaper than a plumber.

Kath i agree with Lucky! right back at it!
jan i am glad it is taken care of and yeah those plumbers are outrageous one reason i was so very worried there is only ONE anywhere near here and 50 bucks an hour just for labor GAH!
Steven and i went out to go shopping today and met kenny and ashley while out and we got their oil changed for their Christmas present. they came down here for a little while and i got to hold my Mollykins they are spending the weekend with Ashley's parents. i thought maybe they would spend the night here with us but i am at least glad we got to see her a little while
tomorrow is the winter solstice this time of year goes soo very fast

Good Morning Glories!! Long time since I got to say that. I get lazier by the day...or maybe more worn out by the day.

Deb, hopefully Ken adjusts to the med shortly. The sedetive effect should lesson over time. The Santa pic is great, Molly just wants to go back to her mom.

I really can't believe Christmas is almost here! I was so ahead of the game, but doesn't feel that way now. Today I need to wrap everything, clean the house and figure out the menu for Christmas Eve and Christmas and of course do the grocery shopping today too. At least I took Tuesday off. I'm glad I didn't let eating off plan the other night sidetrack me. In the past one misstep would have a snowball effect, I think I'm realizing more and more I am stronger and more realistic about this weight loss journey
