I had one on, now its shreaded to nothing. No one will stand up there because it's so unsafe. I do wish we could get another on temporarily again.

Hopefully the rain will stop today, still more coming sunday into monday.

I'm going to a couple of christmas craft fairs today, can't wait :-)

I'm here. Sorry baby is gone. I know how that feels. DH wrapped most of our presents and I put names on. HeHe. He bought the frozen wings again like we had last night and we ate them again. So good. Probably not the best thing in the world for me but not the worst either. Sort of down. Don't know why. Rainy could be it. Just cloudy today but getting cooler.

Hello all! So today, I am down yet another pound, and very happy about this. However, being in this zone is feeling great, but am already stressed about a stall I have yet to have. Silly right? I am obsessed with the scale... and I can't stop! Is this normal?

howdy all! ok the 8th of the month and we only have three pages!?! get in here guys! quick post tonight WHEW we went to the store this morning then time for the Christmas parade sadly disappointed this year our town usually puts on a really nice parade and it was just sad this year(AND SHORT!)! COLD WET AND TONS OF RAIN though so maybe a lot didn't show up i don't know where all the time disappeared to today guess i am just moving slower and slower
we thought about going to stay with Kenny and ashley but ken is hurting too bad to be able to sleep in a recliner tonight so we will get up early in the morning (BRRR) and go THEN we will go into thier house and wake them up still having to be at the docs by 7;30 is going to be rough!
they did let me copy some pics ashley's friend took of Molly but umm they had the IDEA right but i have to do a lot of editing before i can show them (bare pics and they didn't cover the right spots) IDK there are ways to take them that things will not show KWIM? and still get that effect my poor baby! PLUS i have those 1 month , 2 month etc printouts to take her pic and of course they did not take them i am taking my camera in the van tomorrow hopefully i will be able to get some good ones and WHEW i will get to editing ASAP on those other ones.

Wow, where has time gone? It has been a busy week.

Deb, is there any chance someone in your church could help you out with the sewer problem, someone who is young and fit? There are volunteers who do this sort of thing for thise who are out of work and disabled.

My DD came to visit Thursday night and her/my car broke down on the highway about 100 miles away. We had it towed here to get it fixed. Went looking for a certified used car this weekend. Any suggestions or warnings? We are looking at Hundai Santa Fe for no special reason except it feels like a car of substance. But I lent my car yo DD so she could return to college & work, then rented a car (Hyundai Elantra touring) for a week so I wouldn't feel pressured to buy today. My DS is helping me with the negotiations since he used to be a car salesman.

I have officially been on a pant-strong food plan for 31 days and my DH Ed is transitioning over to it too. It makes preparing meals easy. Because I only cook a bot of soup or stew for him once a week and I could do that in a crock pot and not use the stove. I could cook the tempeh on a grill pan and never use the stove. I use the microwave to cook frozen veggies.

Someone asked about sugar free cream cheese. I use Tofutti cream cheese. It is non dairy and sugar free. I also use Tofutti sour cream. You can't tell the difference from the dairy brand. I buy vegan cheese that has no casein in it. I use TVP and unsweetened almond or soy milk. And flaxseed, sesame seed and soy protein powder. But I have 3 fruits a day on maintence and 1-1/2 lbs salad a day, 1 pound of cooked veggies a day and 2 oz fat usually in the form of salad dressings. My calories and carbs are up now to what is no longer considered low carb because of the fruit. But Atkins never said when you climb the ladder that you can never have these things. He said to add them in until you stop losing. I appear to finally have stopped losing because my weight has fluctuated between 143 and 145 for the last week. I have never added grains or beans other than soybean products. I try to stick to fermented soy or soymilk, but do occasionally get the premade stuff from Tofutti. The fiber is up around 55-60 grams a day. I get around 95 grams protein a day. I was really surprised to find veggies and fruit have protein in them as does soy. Any way for today it works. I can't predict the future.

Hope you all have a happy and blessed week, better than the last one.

My whole family is coming to my house on Christmas Day. They will bring things so that helps. We're cooking a turkey, dressing, broccoli quiche(LC), mama's Christmas Salad(LC), rolls and I have to come up with a LC dessert. I'm not even worried about cooking; it's my house that I'm worried about. Needs a good cleaning but I just don't have the energy for it. DH tries but men don't clean the way we do. If he swishes the brush in the toilet bowl, he's cleaned the bathroom.

Just got back from a quick weekend trip up north of the sf bay area... and it was COLD! i didn't check the weather and had to drive through snow and pretty intense winds. Had fun with some friends, though now I'm really behind on work. I'm so excited about christmas -- thanks to Deb for getting me in the spirit with the cute pictures!

53lbs down was my lowest weight in November. With no cheats, even during the holidays, I have been bouncing around. Today was 52lbs down. Hoping to keep it up. Really getting frustrated.

We were supposed to go to my daughter's for Christmas but now she may come here. We will wait and see.

We are looking at cars this week. Need to replace one. We think we will go with a Santa Fe with 39,000 miles on it. There is another one at another dealer with 36,000 miles on it. Bith are 2012's. Has anyone ever owned a Hyundai? My son is doing the negotiations for us.

I am getting used to eating all the fruits and veggies. But if the purpose of it was to regain a couple pounds, it hasn't happened. Even though I am not recording it yet, yesterday the scale said 142.4 lbs. it was 1975 since I have seen that number. I was doing WW and practically starving, eating nothing but cottage chese and other stuff. To this day the thought of cottage cheese turns my stomach. I don't feel deprived in the least today.

Happy Holidays!
