Deb, go on the sppt. The automativ denial is standard operating procedure. It happens to most everyone. Your state has people that can help you through te SSDI maze in appealing. They expect you to appeal and appeal. They expect most people to give up in frustration. Don't let them win this one. You are the only advocate he has until you get help from your state or a ocual worker that knows the in's and outs or legal aid. We fought my DD for 1-1/2 years. It was finally approved and was retroactive. But we had to find the right resources. Your church might have connections. The local Soup Kitchen / Homeless Shelter has connections. I know because I used to work for one.

I can make some calls to Kentucky and see if I can find some names. What town or area are you from? The company I work for has offices in Kentucky. Don't give up.

My goal was to walk at least 10,000 each day this month. Succeeded

I wanted to exceed the 137 miles I walked in September - walked 147 miles or 357,500 steps

I have been tracking my steps since June 1 and have walked 680 miles or 1,460,000 steps.

When we started this challenge, I wanted to maintain my weight within a 5 lb margin.
On Sept 1st, it was 149 and today was 146 lbs. Total loss since 2001 is 230 lbs.

Typo yesterday. The 680 should say 584 miles. Everything else is the same.

When I go back and read my typing, it is atrocious. I turned spellcheck off on my Ipad because it changed the spelling and meaning of words it doesn't recognize. When I typed "we fought our DD", there should have been a "for" in there, "we fought for ou DD with SSDI."

Hope everyone has a great weekend. We are raking and blowing leaves this wekend. Lots of good exercise.
