Another option, the one I use to clarify the data while maintaining the trend, is to pick a day of the week, and only chart that measurement. I recommend whatever day is your Saturday - because that's the day you'll get to sleep in, giving you a better chance of putting in your lowest weight of the week.

Well up today...back is still messed up. On some muscle relaxers now. Hope they help. Hubby is back to work tomorrow, just me and the baby then.

Good Morning Everyone! I really appreciate all of your kind thoughts. Does anyone here drink bulletproof coffee or a version of it? I tried it yesterday with a T. of kerrygold and I was still really hungry. Today I tried it with 2 T. so we will see where I am at in a couple of hours. Even if it doesn't curb my hunger, it is really creamy and delicious. My husband thinks I'm nuts! (Which I probably am because I put butter in my coffee!)

Jennifer I do one every now and then but I use both coconut oil, butter, HWC, splenda, and davinci sf syrup. YUMMY! I also do a cocoa with HWC, water, splenda, cocoa and coconut oil.

Good Morning! How is everyone doing this morning? I was a little bummed to see my scale go up this morning because I am in my second week of induction but I'm pretty sure I know why. I didn't eat my salad yesterday, it was mostly a meat and cheese day and I need those veggies to keep everything running smoothly, if you know what I mean. I drank my bulletproof coffee this morning and added coconut oil and pumpkin puree so I'm off to a good start.

I've got quite a bit coming up. I am celebrating my 37th birthday and my 15th wedding anniversary this month so we will be heading to Vegas to meet some friends. I'm so excited. We've got quite the little trip planned. Three weeks later we are going to Rhode Island for a week to visit family. Diet wise, my goal will be to maintain not lose. I don't want to set up any unrealistic expectations and become disappointed with myself. I've had a pretty nasty year and I can't tell you how unbelievably excited I am to go on a real vacation. Last one was two years ago.

I rarely go outside when there but I am going to try to get out and do something outside. We are planning on checking out the Fremont Street Experience and the Neon Sign boneyard. I'm in Tucson so I guess I'm acclimated to the heat. Where are you at?

Yeah, shocking stuff that happens to you can have a good impact on the scale. Found out yesterday that my first husband, the father of two of my kids, died yesterday. ugh. I'm numb. PLUS, I'm giving a eulogy at my brother-in-laws memorial today at 5. He died last saturday.

I'm not saying this to make y'all feel bad or to get sympathy. believe me, I've had enough. I'm just telling you so you understand why I might not be my normal bubbly self!

Hello Everyone! I didn't get to post for the August weigh in. So not a great month scale wise, I lost 3 pounds. But, I am down a whole size for August. Cross fit is giving me muscles I didn't know I had.
