I had laser surgery to polish the lens they put in after cataract surgery. I only have one eye and I lost 75% of the eyesight in my one eye.

Wow! This place is blowing up. I take one evening off(posted earlier yesterday) and I'm really behind! Isn't that great. Chewie- Thanks for the LC tortilla idea. Your other food sounds so good too!
Annett- You are doing better and better. Not just in weight loss either!!
Sue- That apron is just precious. So is DGS!!
Eliza- Honey, you are stepping high! You go girl!
Deb- DD was born in 1980 and I used cloth mostly at home and disposables when we went out. Of course at the end of diaper time I was almost all disposable. The bigger they get, the bigger the poop! Beautiful dolls. Molly won't care about a crown. She would just take it off with the rest of her clothes.
Fluff- Hate to say it but, I'm like Sue. First thing I thought of was NutterButters.

Scale didn't move for me today. Hanging on. Been to Publix. It's our beginning day of sale on Wed. so just got coupon deals and penny item. It was a box of bran flakes. I can't eat them but someone can.

Awww, Deb. That was scary. Twilight Zone was one of those shows that you didn't want to see but couldn't look away!

Thank you. I'm in Georgia.

It's going to be a double workout day for me today. Walking always clears my head, and I could use it today. It's been a great day, but I've been going non-stop since I woke up. A good long walk will definitely help me unwind.

Annett, You did such a good job - that had to take a lot of time and thinking. You pulled it all together so nicely too. Lots of good info that others will find very helpful.

Lucky, Out of curiosity, just what was your eye doing? I know you said you had lost 75% of vision, but what were you seeing? Floaters, haze, etc? When was your cataract surgery - I forget. So glad that you are seeing better. My dh has macular degeneration and has had to quit driving.

Hey Ms Deb............Love to see your sparkling avatar...........I love all those characters in Winnieville.

I used to watch Twilight Zone all the time. Hated to watch it - but couldn't keep myself from it.

Hope Ken is having a better day today. When does Stephen leave for college? Is he getting excited? I'm so glad he's out of the school system there. Hope he gets into some more drama while in college.

Hey All

Nice job Chris!!! Woo Hooo!!!

Well, I hope everyone is having a good day. My counselor had to cancel our appt today...bummer...but that's ok - we will see her next week.

I am kind of bored today - its my day off. I wanted to work on the website but my back is bothering me today. I nearly did the splits yesterday at work and twisted my back....someone had spilled something on the floor but didn't tell me. So I am really sore today.

The kids had fun at the Childrens Museum. They probably could have played all day - but after 2 hours I had to go..my back wasn't going to take anymore.

There is a German Store near there. I decided to stop by although I didn't really have money (less than $10) but I got the kids a goodie that I grew up with. I didn't really have any $$ to get myself anything but that's ok.

Well, I better to try to clean something up- my house is still a mess. I am hoping to make a little progress there but we'll see. Everytime I go in the kitchen I just hear him showing me how to do this or that (he is a cook so he showed me a lot of things in the kitchen). I wish his voice wouldn't be trapped in my head like that. But I gotta break through and just try to get it done.

Talk to you all later....

Steven leaves the 11th of august and i am soo not ready! and there you have to apply for work study jobs and he has been applying and hasn't heard any yet he has a drama class scheduled but IDK how in depth the first ones are hoping he can do a production while there he does soo much better in a play

ken has slept most of the day we did go out and look at a vendors mall and found a winnie the pooh bassinette!! with lights and sound and rocks with a remote for 40 i didn't get it we don't need it and really can't afford it but oh was i tempted it looked brand new and the colors would work for boys opr girls i could have used it for all grandbabies

we are thinking of going up to EKU next week if Steven doesn't hear about his work study soon IDK how well Ken would do though
we go to his mental health provider tomorrow i hope she can help but mostly all she does is push meds i guess she is a PA or something she doesn't have DR in front of her name it is at 3pm and Ken doesn't do well in the heat anymore
LOVED the twilight zone LOL but that was the scariest one to me
how is everything with you??

Ms. Linda, awesome job on staying on track with the eating! You can do it! The first weeks are always the hardest and that's already behind you.

When summer school ended I decided it was now or never. I had been off plan for about 8 months and when I finally gathered up the courage to weigh myself, I discovered I had gone up to 318.4 lbs!

So I am back to the business of losing weight. Measure and record all my food and try to stay below 2,000 calories and 25 net carbs, combined with trying to walk 10,000 steps a day. I have been on plan for 12 days and have lost 7.8 lbs so far. It's a struggle as usual, but it's gotta be done.

Jan, sounds like you got some good deals at Publix. I'm sure someone can eat the bran flakes. Before LC, bran flakes with raisins were my second favorite after Frosted Flakes.

Chris, way to go! You're in Twoterville I was just looking at your stats, you've lost 46 lbs in 2.5 months, which is a lot to be proud of. I wish I had your metabolism.

Annett, glad you didn't fall and injure yourself, hope your back feels better soon.

Well, I just wanted to come and say "Good Night All "

Its been a long day. The kids had a blast, they also played outside most of the afternoon so they were nice and tired tonight XD

Although, I don't know what to do with my little 5yo daughter.
Our dog Dana passed away 2 months ago. She only met Dana a few times because she lived with her grandparents in Canada. And then as you all know, Jason (her Dad) ended our relationship last month.
She not once said that she misses Daddy. What I get instead is that she misses Dana the dog? I know its probably because she is 5 but the crying spells go on for like an hour. And she just keeps saying she misses her dog and she wants another dog.
I can't have a dog where I live. I already have 2 cats. I told her she already had a cat. She said no that Lucky was her sisters cat and Gracie mommys cat.

So I don't know what to do here. Would having a pet help her? Is she not feeling important enough??? I know that when she cries over her dog - its probably about her dad but when I ask if she wants me to call him she says no. She has not spoken to him in a month. She refuses to talk with him... and I don't blame her.
She too probably feels like I do: That we were traded for a family that was closer to him. He's playing with HER kids when he should be playing with his own daughter. He's teaching them things...when he should be teaching her.

Hmmm. I don't know. What are your thoughts about a pet for Abby (5yr old)??

I don't know if my cat will tolerate another - she barely tolerate the other cat we have.
I am not a hamster person. And we already have fish...plus fish aren't cuddly.

well, I better get going but let me know what ya'll think.

thank you & good night XD
