Good morning all....Chewie, that was a huge bag!! Were they your big sized clothes? If so, someone will be happy getting them!
I am just not moving very fast this morning and I would really like to just do nothing today but I can't do that because I have two little ones here today. I just feel like my energy has got up and left me. LOL
Here is my menu for today:
B-2 eggs, 2 bacon, coffee
S-yogurt if needed
L-Chicken sandwich wrapped in lettuce, boiled egg, jello with whipped cream
S-pepperoni chips if needed and iced coffee
D-Cheddar baked chicken (it's a new recipe that DD gave me)
S-home made cliff bar (if I get them made today)!!!! LOL

everyone have a good Tuesday!

deb- I think that's a general problem for all us gals. If the man is home...we can't get anything done! Why?? As soon as he leaves, I start looking around and seeing things I need to do and actually do some of them on occasion. Bedroom- My suitcase is still in my floor from our trip, dirty clothes, shoes, more shoes....

Yes, Sue, it was the bigger stuff. When I was bigger, I would buy anything that looked like it might fit. I mainly shop thrift stores so it was all very cheap. If I didn't like it or it didn't fit, I didn't care. I ended up with tons of clothes but yet had nothing to wear. LOL In any case, I have weeded out so many clothes that it's definitely more reasonable now. I took 3 bags to a consignment store on Friday and a box of shoes too. I'm hoping to get some $$$ for all that eventually.

I leave my suitcase open on top of a chair so I don't have to bend over...and empty it as I pass by...a little at a time...except I do take all the dirty clothes out first..LOL I often leave it there for the next trip...gives me a place to put the decorative pillows from the bed..LOL

Lynn- That's what I do. Take out dirty clothes and hang clean a little at a time. I have a chair in there...hmmmm... should put it on chair! That's where I throw pillows anyway too.

chewie- Wow. That's so wonderful. So proud of you for weight loss and getting rid of clothes. That's what I'm going to do as I lose so that I have nothing to go back to. That is, when I lose enough to go down a size.

sue- You're right about someone being happy. It's hard to find large sized clothes at thrift stores.

I was down a lb. again today!! Don't know what's happening but I like it!!

L- 2.5 oz. tuna, 1 boiled egg, 3 lettuce leaves
S- Dobie Muffin/ 1 T. cr. cheese
D- Broccoli, chicken, mushroom stir fry

deb- I agree with chewie. You need a lawyer. They don't charge unless you win your case and their pay comes from the back pay owed to him since the last day he worked. It is a percentage of what you collect up to a stated amount from back pay. You pay nothing out of pocket! I and my husband have been through this process.

Good afternoon!!
Yeah on the 1/2 pound Cloud 9!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll have to look up my Dobie recipe. I haven't made one of those in a long while. I mean LONG while. Maybe years!!
Chewie....I am surprised at the amount of liquid you can take in. I would have thought it would be limited also.
Deb....come clean my sink also please!!!!!
I cleaned my closet out today. DD's cat who spent 5 weeks with us loved going in and sleeping up on a container I have. I wasn't aware I had a sweat shirt on top of it. OMG...it was so covered in cat fuzz I thought I would get sick. I just threw it out. Love the grand cat but not his shedding.

hope everyone is doing well today! I'm having a miserable week bad back problems and working doubles at work don't mix! Gonna try to tough it out till friday. Looks like my workouts are put on hold again. Really wish I could move forward with them I need to gain some stamina for our upcoming trip to florida in august. We will be doing alot of walking and riding rides and I would like to have a good time without running out of steam!

Thanks again for allowing me to post on here it helps alot to get my thoughts out of my head and know there are many people going through the same situations with the journey that I am!
Read a great statement today. "helping others achieve greatness" I thought how much this applies to this site. This site is a daily source of encouragement and focus for so many! Its all because of everyones contributions and friendly words! Thank you so much for yours!
