My favorite salad is a Greek Salad...but, they can't make a decent one out here to save themselves..lol The ones in MA are to die for...then again..I have to only have them once in awhile...feta and kalamata olives?...hello...where did my ankles go?..LOL

I love feta in anything.....back home I used to stuff my Greek salads in fresh pita bread...I could eat that until the cows came home.

2.5 weeks now and I am only showing a 6 lb. loss. I am just staying off the scales
for the most part and checking once a week on my progress.
6 pounds is good in 2 weeks Sue hang in there!

Yes. You can't believe the feeling of holding that little bundle. We don't get to see him as much as I'd like. They live about an hour away. We are trying to see him as much as possible. Will yours be close to you?

Not this time. I have been to a regular show and to the Christmas one. They were both awesome. Food would not have been good for me this time though.

It's been a nice ( and hot) day today here too. Last night was stormy. Our power went out for about 2 hours.

Well, we took MaryMary's advice and bought a window unit for kitchen. Our kitchen, den, breakfast area and dining room are all open so I wasn't sure it would work. It does!! We are cool. We have had a unit in our bedroom for sleeping! We couldn't afford to replace our central unit. She said her bill was much less using the units than central. I'm hoping this won't raise our bill too much but I just can't stand the heat. Feels like I can't breathe.
Down 1 lb. on scales today.

Deb....it is SO humid here this morning you can't breath!!! I think it is time for some Fall pictures just to remind us it is only a few months off now!!!
Thanks for the encouragement girls. When I hit a certain age it seemed things just slowed down for me in the weight loss area. I would LOVE to see 175 by at least late Fall. I am just going to keep on keeping on!! I know I will fall on occasion but I just need to learn to get back up and keep going.
Happy Saturday everyone!!!!!!!!!!!

B-Atkins drink
S-another drink if needed
L-chicken salad 1/2 sandwich with veggies on side
S-Iced coffee, boiled egg if needed
D-Taco salad with LC tortillas
S-Fruit LC malt
