Re-Start to LC - New to this website

I started LC in January 2012. I need support in order for it to work. Hoping I can find some people to go through this together. It's very difficult to do it alone.

I am three weeks only into my restart. Mostly easy going, but some baby roller coaster emotionx. I am also giving up drinking alcohol (another restart) so I don't have my bottle to quell emotions . . . but it's not a constant thing and the trend is all positive (but some days are just harder than others). Life's challenges don't go away, but I feel I can cope better day by day.
