Onion Garlic Buns
4 tablespoons golden flax
2 tablespoons oat fiber
4 tablespoons unflavored whey protein
¾ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon glucomannan
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon splenda
1 teaspoon caraway seeds, optional*

1 ½ tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons water
3 eggs
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin top pan lightly with cooking spray.

In a small bowl mix together all dry ingredients. In another small bowl, mix wet ingredients, add cheese and mix again. Mix wet ingredients with dry.

Pour into muffin top pan and bake for 11 minutes. Makes 6 buns.

* if using caraway seeds, cut back or omit onion and garlic powder
This does look good.

Chewie...here is what I am fixing for tonight. I have never made it before. I did buy a good bleu cheese dressing to use with it. A nice thick creamy one. I think I will have a salad with it and I have some strawberries cut up for dinner.

Sweet & Spicy Wing Sauce
1/2 c. Ketchup 1/3 c. Frank's Hot Pepper Sauce 1/2 c. butter 2 Tbsp. honey Combine the butter, hot sauce, ketchup, and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour over popcorn chicken or wings in bowl and toss. Serve with Bleu Cheese dressing for dipping!

lucky...take that 10lbs. and run with it!!!!! Clam it!!

Hello All!

Been out since early morning working at my daughter's Girl Scout Troop's Garage Sale. Some of the girls have done very well. What has been selling is furniture! Children's play tables and chairs, chest of drawers, etc. We had none of that so my daughter has made a whopping $2 so far! LOL They are doing this to help raise money to go towards their trip to Savannah, GA next Spring Break. Their Troop Leader wants them to earn money towards their trip not just have parents pay for it. But at 12 and 13 it is harder to find jobs. Oh, well.....

I did tell youngest about the Universities in Canada last night on the way back from dance. Well, I didn't have to try to brainwash her at all! She was all over it! Excited as could be as she wanted to go to Canada last summer. Then she asked, wait so where in Canada is this university? Is it really far up to the north and really cold? Ha!LOL I replied if you are worried about it being in the Arctic Circle, no, it is not that far north. It will be cold. McGill is in Montreal. Then she asked if she had to speak French. I don't believe so but it wouldn't hurt to take it in High School. Yay!!!! I am so excited and so is she. We came home and looked them up on the internet. Getting into McGill is pretty competitive. I believe the minimum ACT score is a 26 and you may not get in with a 26 depending on other applicants the year you apply. Of course, there are other Canadian universities, they just happened to go to McGill to do the feature story. We were looking to see if they have Physical or Occupational Therapy programs/degrees and Engineering for her.

Melinda, you asked if that included housing and I believe it does. I think it was on the NBC Nightly News so you might be able to go online to their site and watch it from last night's broadcast.

Looks good but for my house, I'd increase the hot sauce a bit. It's going to be more sweet than spicy with those ratios.

Plus they had some new sauces---taco bell verde salsa--a big jar for $1 and some other stuff like montreal steak seasoning, a big container, shampoo, etc. I spent $35!!!! Got tons of stuff---obviously 35 items. WOW Then I had to take it home to put the frozen stuff in the freezer. They had blueberries, stir fry veggies and sliced bell peppers so I had to get them---it's cheaper than the grocery.
I just ran out of my Montreal steak Seasoning. Thanks, I shall have to check them. So, were your blueberries, stir fry veggies and peppers frozen or fresh? Don't know why I am asking I guess as I have not noticed frozen or fresh produce at our Dollar Tree stores. LOL Guess they don't have the same stuff in all their stores, maybe?

So again I came home to dishes in the sink!!!! Grrrr I guess I have to excuse dh cause he probably would have done them if we didn't have to take the car for the window tinting. Then I threw a load of laundry in and made foil hoagie forms for the rolls for tonight. I used a small jar that I had and it worked perfect for the forms. I used a double layer of foil and just folded it and it looks great. My eggs are now getting to room temp. I'll make the rolls later.

All the stuff was frozen. They just got freezers in along the back wall. They never had that kind of stuff before now. Most of the stuff wasn't so great---burritos, waffles, mini pizzas, etc No great deals but what I bought. LOL It was pretty scarce though so maybe they'll have more stuff another day????

Will you spray them with Pam and keep them to use again or just toss the foil? The recipe does look like it would be good. Is is like a muffin batter and you just pour into the pan/form?

Deb,

I hope this kid is a good kid and he and Steven can start to hang out together.

So, Ashley has a fast food restaurant job? In the management side?

They are regular shots I get every 3 months. I can tell by the scale when it is time to get them because I start gaining and hurting.

I will use pam but won't keep them. The batter is kind of thick due to the cheese. It should work great. I might increase the baking powder a bit.

My brother is coming for a visit from Boston on May 16. My ds14 moved into our guest room this past year. He and his brother wanted their own rooms as before this they shared a room. We have 4 bedrooms so it's not an issue. I have another room down the end of the hall that will be the new guest room. I just ordered a queen comforter and sham set online, reversible lime and aqua colors, really bright for only $19 and shipping is free. Now I just need to buy the mattress set and frame.

jeese what is extra long??? Does that just take a regular twin sheet??? I need to start buying things now to get my boy ready to leave.. and I just want to buy a bottom sheet and a comforter...That's so funny.. I have never seen sheets that said extra long..even more funnier.. we are just bottom sheet users..not top sheet...
