Hugs to Deb. Has Ken ever tried Ginko Biloboa? It's supposed to help memory.

I'm up to 67 oz--not much cause I can't drink 30 minutes before lunch, during and 30 minutes after plus I was away from my water in the dr and stores.

Yes, for the most part unless something is drastically awful and not fitting me correctly then it just goes into the donate pile. I only paid $6 today and got 8 things so that's not bad per piece. LOL I can't even get a pair of panties for that much in the store(the ones I like anyway). lol

I just got a message about that beef. That price includes all processing, cutting and wrapping. I just have to see if there is room and talk to dh. That's a great price.

I have the laundry going and now need to go chop up all the veggies for dinner. I don't feel like it. It's gray and humid and blecky. I want to just go take a nap.

Oh I definitely plan on doing exercise. Going to do my bike after my afternoon coffee or tea which is normally about 3 or 3:30.

yes he has been in 2 wars
he was in tanks when we were younger he left jan 1 1991 and returned in late may 1991 to Germany where we were. Kenny turned one year old the day before he had to leave us there he was the third tank across the line into Iraq from Kuwait in '91 and his tank had the mine sweeper on it so desert shield /desert storm and bad enough
and then in Iraqi freedom III 2004-2005 he was in fuel and more urban warfare type he was extremely close to the Iranian border and saw one of his friends get killed while there
this last one was a lot different than the tanks in battlefield conditions ya know?? he was in a base and interacted with the locals i even sent him toys and candy to give out to the kids and he had to see what happened to them too KWIM?plus he got hurt on a mission that he won't talk about where he got his leg injured but all official records claim it happened during PT KWIM?
1991

IF III i sent him a manual washing machine over he really needed it on the first trip but there would have been no way to store it on the tank Plus i would have had no access to anyway to get it then

Hi to everyone. Just a quick note. Layla will be going home tomorrow. I just want to say thanks for all the prayers and concern over the last many days.
Friday DD and SIL's work place will be having a chili cook off and lunch. All proceeds will to help with Layla's hospital stay. I just think that is so nice of them. After 10 days in ICU they will sure be able to use it. I have no idea how much ICU cost a day but I am guessing at least $1,500 a day if not more.
I promise to catch up tomorrow afternoon after Eli leaves. I'm not feeling the best today. Allergy stuff going on I think. Lots of sneezing and I am just really beyond tired.

Deb....I guess I missed the earth quake this morning! Last summer when we did feel the one it was so scary!!! I'll let Melinda have those earth quakes in Cailf.!!! We have tornadoes to deal with back this way and shouldn't have to have both!!!!LOL

Deb, thanks for the info. I was just curious. Mike was in the rangers in Vietnam and he did two tours of duty. Just from some of the stories he has shared, I cannot even imagine....(shiver) What he does not share must be a zillion times worse.
