Good Morning Everybody! Well, I have made breakfast and lunches, been out to the bus stop but have spent the most time on you tube watching episodes from Britain's got talent, Korea's got talent.Whew! I just felt like watching Susan Boyle's first performance again because I get so inspired by that. Then I clicked on Sung Bong Choi and Wow! great voice and absolutely tear jerking life story, then moved on to Paul Potts and finally Janey Cutler both from Britain's got talent. I just love watching these types of shows/episodes where you see someone in a life changing moment. They get blessed and so do those watching. Feel so happy and like all is right with the world when done watching these folks! You all have probably already seen them as I am a little behind but I like rewatching such moments.

Anyhow.....how are you all doing today?

Call me old (because I am) but as a parent I best be asked and informed about something of this nature. If he wants condoms then a parent should be there with him in my view.
What???? No way!

Aww girls it is a daily total. I only went out wogged half of them. The rest add up over the course of the day. I do make an effort to park very far away when I go somewhere.

I know it is going to start raining soon so I want a head start

Good morning! I hope everyone has an awesome day.

Brava! Brava! Keep rockin it, young lady!

Awwwwww, finally drinking my first cup of coffee of the day.... I am usually done with my coffee long before now.

I was so proud of my youngest last night. She put on her own stage makeup and did her hair in a bun by herself!!! Sort of bittersweet though. She looked like a beautiful Spanish lady/ballerina. Growing up.

Oh, oh, I don't think that I told you ladies about my son, did I?! You know I have been praying, as well as my good friends in Bible study, for a change of heart and a change of attitude with my son. On Sat night he spent the night at a friends'. He came home Easter morning and asks us if we are going to church. His dad says, yes, just trying to decide on which Mass time at which church. So, ds decided he was going to Easter Mass! By himself, no less! I seriously do not know if he has been to Mass since he was Confirmed in 8th grade. He had to be at work at noon and we were planning to go to noon mass. He showered and dressed and came down in khaki's, button down collar shirt, tie, and his 3/4 zip navy sweater pullover. Wow!! I was sending up prayers of thanksgiving, let me tell you all!! He told me he even took Communion and then ran out of the church immediately after. He said the servers came to the back of the church as it was so crowded otherwise he couldn't have participated as it would have taken too long to get all the rows in front of him through. Miracles I tell you! It was 11:56 and he had to be at work, at the indoor pool, at noon. He got a text message from someone who saw him running out of church. LOL I am so pleased when the Lord gives me moments like this. These times help me through the tough times! I am not done praying though.

I have to say in my personal opinion, I see no problem with the kids being able to get condoms.. cause the last thing a kid is going to do is say Mom Dad I am going to have sex with so and so, can you get my some condoms, when you go to the grocery store.. I used to ask my son all the time if he was having sex with his girlfriend Sabrina....and if he was, he better be taking precaution..not only for pregnancy but for STDs...

Seriously these kids know more today at a very early age than we ever did....I need my son not not get anyone pregnant or a disease so he can pay off his 85 grand student loan...

But that's just my opinion...I don't know for what reason, but it seems some parents aren't even involved in their kid's lives...I know after the 2nd grade, I am ashamed to admit, but I couldn't help my kid much after that with his homework.. but I made sure that this kid read 25 pages a night.. did those workbooks in the summer, that matched the grade he was going into in Sept...we always had a open relationship and speak about everything soup to nuts..and I am not embarrassed.....but not all mothers are like me...so it's best that they have a place to get Condoms if they choose to have sex...

GRRRR I am more worried about this college crap and the loans...

Lony, see you in the conference room soon..

My boys have finally started helping with the laundry. Usually I have to prompt them but this past week, they both gathered their own dirty stuff, washed and dryed it. Although they did dump it on the couch for mom to fold. LOL At least they did it. I usually have to do it or at the very least yell at them to move it to the dryer.
