Yeah Frankie, I LOVE me some Zumba. that is my FAV. I can definitely keep up in that class. Long as it is regular Zumba. I tried the Zumba Sentao, and had to quit that because it hurts my knees getting up and down out of the chair! Long as I'm standing, I can do anything!

See... About 5 pounds down in water weight... Now it gets hard.

Frankie....You give such good advice. I agree totally with what you posted for Andiand. I have the same problem with clothes sizes and weight. One thing I have found is that the shorter a person is, the heavier they "look" at the same weight. Ex...if someone is 5'4" and weighs 180 lbs they will "look" heavier than someone who is 5'6" and weighs 180 lbs. However, shorter people wear smaller sizes when they weigh the same as taller people. Go figure. Many years ago when I was MUCH younger I would see ladies who were a lot heavier than I was (but quite a bit shorter than me) take something 2 sizes smaller than I wore at the time into a dressing room and I would think, "Honey, you aren't EVER going to fit in that size." and they would come out in it and it fit!! So....I never bother comparing myself to others unless they are the same height and bone structure, etc.

That's one of the GREAT things about coming here. Keeping track of our own progress which is all that matters.....and getting such great support.

I was so busy getting ready for an early conference that I totally forgot to step on the scale. I am still trying to be good around all this free food!
I had yogurt before I left the house thinking that they would just have coffee in the morning. But the had a bunch of stuff!
I ate half a bagel with some cream cheese and a banana instead of all the other pastries.
I will likely run out of calories after the lunch, which I am sure will be some type of sandwich box lunch.

I am falling guys... After that conference I really feel messed up. The with no loss on Friday... I think it is working on my mind, causing me not to care anymore.

I was off plan on Saturday but 100% clean on Sunday which show a lost for today. As i keep telling myself this is forever i wont let one bad day affect me. This time around ive had more off plan days than i was hoping for but at the same time this is the longest time ive stuck with low carb for the majority of my eating days.
