What food prior to a night of drinking?
Just wondering what to eat prior to going out and drinking some Bacardi n Diet Cokes, due to my body will temporarily take me out of ketosis while drinking alcohol should I stick with high fat medium protein and low carb as usual or switch to low calories or low fat high carbs for tonight???

I stick with my normal diet as well. I absolutely do not eat more carbs, as that will just make it take longer for me to get back into ketosis.
When I drink enough to be knocked out of ketosis, I'm only out of it long enough for my body to burn through the alcohol. |
