Back in the game!

After losing 85 pounds almost 10 years ago on Atkins I am back Needless to say I fell off the wagon. I have all sorts of excuses...I deployed with my company twice to Iraq and once to Afghanistan, I travel alot, I am too busy, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH - all excuses! Having said this I started induction again on 3/11 and while it has been a bit painful with the headaches and constipation, I have managed to lose 10 pounds so far so I am not complaining. I am motivated and excited to be taking control again!

Thanks so much for listening

Tami

Welcome back Tami! Lots of us here are "re-treads" and have returned here for support and motivation after having lost and regained. For the constipation issue get a good stool softener, they help a lot and are not addictive like a laxative. Good luck on your LC journey.
