I am in for this month. I just have no idea what my goal will be as my trip has been extended until the 11th. I will weigh the day after I get home and aim to loose 10lbs for the month from that weight.

3/1 - 290.6 3/2 - 290.8 Not loving this stall but not as hungry these days so I'm happy about that. Am going to lay off the diet coke (I only drink one a day but maybe that's not working for me) and no nuts today! More water! Tried cooking bacon in the oven yesterday and it was so easy!! mmm... bacon.... |

3/2 - 278.4 <-new low. That 'whoosh' I was anticipating finally came through. Stepped it up at the gym this morning before I went to sleep - graduated to 30 pound dumb bells for curls, and 110 pounds for lat row, and sitting bench press (machine). I've been training my max weight at low reps (6-8), in order to focus on building strength. So I anticipated that I would be moving up in weight over time. I didn't anticipate that I'd see mass gains so quickly. A couple of years of this and I'll have a pretty good start. We put up a lot of strong numbers in February. A lot of improvement from January. But no matter how you did in February, it won't give you 1 pound more, or take one pound less. It's the past now. March, on the other hand, is in front of you. This can be your month. But you have to be willing to take it. I'd wish you luck, but that would deny your role in your success - So I'll wish you success, instead. |

01/03-292.25 02/03-295.25 03/03-290.25 I overate on the friday which showed a gain on sat morning but then mid way through sat i got a nasty bug which meant i kept nothing down or in :sick: Today just plan to drink water but not eat as I feel so rough. :cry: |

Meds are all used up. Feeling a lot better than I was. Cough is still there. BLAH Ate a piece of cake and pie yesterday at Sunday dinner. Downward from here on out. Plan for the week.... no dairy. M/E mostly. Water and coffee; working out 4 -5 days. Already planned 3 workouts at the gym. (classes) |

3/2 - 278.4 3/3 - 279.0 Starting today (well... my today, which started after I weighed in last night), I'll be on a planned carb refeed. Is it weird that I'm actually resisting the urge to go eat eggs and little smokies? Yes. On about 50 levels. But the fact remains, there is a controversy concerning carb refeeds, a lot of speculation, but a limited amount of observational data that would pertain to my situation. I'll continue with my lifting and cardio, and measure my weight, each day between 8pm - 10pm (my morning). Over the coming weeks, I'll be paying special attention to the effect that today's unrestricted eating has on my weekly weight delta - taking care to measure that velocity not from the top of the water gain, which would skew the numbers, but from the point in time when I return to losing new weight. I anticipate higher numbers over the next few days. As for what follows that, I make no speculation. |
Z - you are doing amazing!
I'd like to hear more about your exercise routine. Are you following something specific? The carb loading is for bulking up and building muscle? I don't really understand this but have heard about it. |
