I ate some no so great food in small amounts yesterday. Just too greasy for the way I have been eating lately and it did not sit so great afterward. Lesson learned. I would like to drop 5-7lbs by the end of the month which is agressive for two weeks. So I am starting to refocus today to push through. I think this is doable since I have not lost much the few weeks while traveling.

Z- Congrats on the new low!

Cassidy- I had never heard of the issue of retaining water if you drink it later at night. I figure if I have water weight in the morning and weigh a bit heavier it is not fat and it'll be gone by midday. It might make a little difference in my stats but not enough for me to not drink past 7pm.

CeeCee, I keep it pretty low carb, but lately, I've been sneaking some mint cookies in with my carb smart ice cream and peanut butter. I get a little generous with the peanut butter sometimes too!

When you only give yourself 1 time a day to eat, you'd be surprised how "little" you think about food or cravings. I had more problems when eating "several small meals a day" I was CONSTANTLY thinking about "what am i gonna eat?? what can i have?? how much can i eat??" for crying out loud. I don't need to think about it that much.

Allow yourself to get hungry. It doesn't hurt a bit! Allow yourself to try it. As long as you don't have diabetic or any type of blood sugar issues, you should be fine with it. It's very empowering! What I love about it, it allows me to go out with friends for lunch, and not limit myself. I have chips & salsa & meal & dessert as well! Long as i stay in my window.

2.4 pounds this week (excluding today which starts a new week)! I'm very happy about this and hope to see it continue and I don't expect this type of loss every week, that's for sure! Will be happy with any loss!

Not much new the last couple of days. We did go out to eat twice and that is always more difficult to track/log foods since I don't always know the ingredients in a food. I'll be eating in this week and will be more regimented in my food logging.

I'm finally starting to feel human again. Hopefully I'll feel like weighing in tomorrow. I have not been very good at all, so I'm afraid what the scale will say. Lots of OJ and soup (with crackers of course) and high carb comfort foods.
