Start Date: Restart 1/4/2013
Throat is back hurting after only a few hrs off the antibiotics. SOOOO, talked to my Dr. I need more antibiotics. Long story short, I stopped taking them when I had the flu and was supposed to continue while taking the tamiflu. So the long break caused the bacteria to reemerge. Now need to take another weeks worth. Oh Joy! I am over this sickness.

Thanks Z. I agree, this is why I didn't give into temptation and have one of my sons Timbits (donut hole). Having eggs and mushrooms instead... very yummy

That means I have lost 20.5 lbs since Jan 2! and 46.8 lbs gone since June! This makes me very happy after having a crappy weight loss for February.

Good Morning All. Happy to say I'm down again. Still don't know if it's only 1200 calories a day, the HCG, or the Phendimetrazine. 5.2 down my first 5 days I'll take it. Hundreds to go, lol

Man, I feel great this morning! I really don't know what to attribute it to. I didn't change anything on my plan. I did start taking a good ole fiber supplement recently (rhymes with fitrucel) under the direction of my doc because of my "issues" and lo and behold! It seems to work! And it doesn't make me really gassy ! I'm not completely regular yet, but I'm a lot better off than I was. And believe me, I tried a lot of remedies!

Kali! I'm so proud of you! You are doing so well!

So here's the deal - I don't have an opinion one way or the other. but I wanted to address whether or not in improved my rate of weight loss, as is often cited, or my capacity for exercise.

3/4 - disappeared due to 36 hour turnaround day
3/5 - 277.6 <- don't read this the wrong way - the water retention from a carb feed can take a day or two to come on.

So throat was swollen like a blowfish. Could hardly breathe. Went to the ER early this am because I couldn't sleep. Felt like I was swallowing my uvula. :-( so I'm home today. Dr gave me a steroid to reduce the swelling. I will be back later.

Thanks for all the luv. Yea I still do have my tonsils. He said they didn't look bad and didn't need to be removed. So I am just taking it one day at a time. Cravings are thru the roof. I want everything sweet ever made. TOM is a few days away (typical).

Didn't weigh this am... I was lucky to get to work on time.

3/6 - 282 <- That's what I wanted to see! Now once I get back to where I was I can chart my 4 week velocity and factor in the pre-refeed velocity versus the post refeed velocity to see if there's any validity to the concept.
