After church today we are taking the family to Pizza Hut for my daughter's birthday. After that we are going bowling with our church. The youth challenged our pastor to do the chicken dance at the bowling alley if they got a certain number in church Friday night. They succeeded, so he will be dancing. I got a chicken costume for him to wear. I hope the kids enjoy it.

Good Morning Sunshines!

We had a great time last night. Lance LOVED his BBQ cake and apron that I made him. I did take a picutre with my new camera. I will get it downloaded sometime today and post a picture.

I made a new friend yesterday. Her husband works the same shift and she lives here in Buffalo. She is a stay at home mom so we are going to get together and stir up some trouble.

We are going to the gun range today with the same group of friends, should be an intresting day.

I do the same for stomach upset...fresh grated ginger in my tea. We used to buy big bags of candied ginger from the big A online store but then I had to stop because I can eat tons of it in one sitting and the carb count is the same as most candy....

Phew--did so much food prep. Choc chip coconut bars smell and look heavenly. That chipotle hummus is to die for---omg, I don't think I've ever had betterr hummus and I love the roasted pepper one I make. Crackers are done. Brie and bacon are chopped and ready for the mini tarts. Mushrooms are sauteed. Still need to make deviled eggs, salad, and coleslaw.

Dh went to walfarts and said the stupid corned beef was $7 a pound!!!! NOPE--that's as much as steak. Crazy!

dry ranch powder
lunch meats
cheese--chunk and shredded
eggs--a double 18 pack for $3, so $1 a dozen
milk
half and half
heavy cream
buttermilk
sour cream
Greek yogurt(plain)
ground chuck(in 10 lb tube) 90/10
pork loin(usually $1.99 a pound--I cut it up for chops and roasts)
steaks and roast beef
lc tortillas(20 in a pack)
SF DaVinci syrups(only $4 and change)
vitamins
protein shakes(I like the premiere choc)
dog food
frozen: pot stickers(Asian dumplings), fish fillets

My mother would always give us ginger ale or 7Up when our tummies weren't happy. I can't take "spice" teas too much---I get a headache. I opened my new chai tea yesterday but when I smelled it and not feeling well, I decided I better stick with my regular tea. I'll try it soon though.

WE GOT THAT! and forgot my Splenda!

and i forgot about the da vincis there! we used to get those too when i was on plan
