What I am going to enjoy most is working different areas. My inner thighs are starting to look like my arm flaps.
Omg, why so expensive? 24-hr fitness membership was only $29.99 a couple years ago.

Maybe you can tone your thighs to such a point that you can crack nuts with them.

They should have a teeny tiny treadmill for the Fredburger, he would be such an asset to the gym.....with his intense gaze!

He looks like he is a very calm and well-behaved boy. Have you thought of training him to be a therapy dog?

I thought about it, but he does not like to have his hind quarters touched by strangers. I think he was beat before we got him. It took a year of me gaining his confidence for him to let me touch his back side. Otherwise he would be perfect for such tasks.

The gym price was for both Mike and I. He said if he was home he would go with me. He does not want anyone hitting on me.. Ohhhh ya that is gonna happen!

Poor baby Fred A human who would abuse animals is the lowest kind of creature in my book. What has Fred been through!

$75 for two makes sense. Of course they'll hit on you over there, those baby blues are hard to forget!

I think that is the difference between now and then. Then I was self conscience and skittish at the gym. Now, I don't give a crap what you think of me. Yep, I am fat and flabby but I am not as fat as I used to be so suck it up cupcake!

Ok time for a daily observation.

I was watching some wedding shows today. I like 4 weddings because they have chubby brides on there too. That being said........

Chubby girls should not wear strapless gowns if you have back boobies. Several of the gals had clevage on their back

Eliza, I am reading through trying to catch up since this morning. I am so sorry to hear about what happened to you at work today. While it is a terrible thing to have happen under any circumstances, the fact that this is someone who has been more of a friend takes it to a whole other level. I mean taking someones work and passing it off as your own is awful but to have to add a betrayal into the mix. Wow! Wow. I am so sorry. I don't know how she even plans to face you tomorrow. This really stinks and you so do not deserve this treatment.

Good morning girls. Happy Saturday, Happy Weekend!!

Well this is my last day of fabulous staycation! Kinda sad I have to go back to work but I'm sure I'll get back into the routine.

Eliza I'm so sorry that your work friend betrayed you like that. I honestly don't know how she can sleep at night doing that to you.

Melinda when I do super strict LC I tend to get leg cramps at night. I take calcium/magnesium tablets (plus they have some other minor vitamins) from Costco but I'm sure they sell them everywhere. I've heard over the years that it's low Calcium, low potassium, low Mag.....that causes leg cramps. I dunno but these pills seem to help! LOL. Hope your DH can find some relief.
