I agree. More is not always better, there is a golden medium. Plus, overworking out causes inflammation in the body, including joints and knees.

Joke or not, overworking out is bad for you, it's been scientifically proven.

I'm making more soup for DH and I because we're still sick. We've had soup for the last 4 days in one form or another. Yesterday I made hamburger barley soup with Costco's organic chicken broth and it was really, really good. DH loves barley.

I also made baked boneless skinless chicken thighs and rice, just dump the rice, water, chicken thighs, seasonings, butter, etc. in one pan, cover with foil, roast for about 45 min at 350, then uncover and cook for another 10-15 min. Easy-peasy and comes out delish. Boys love it.

I always marinate tomatoes, cukes in Italian dressing, as my base for my marinated salad..... then depending what I have I add cauliflower, black olives.. can of Artichoke hearts..radishes.. whatever is sturdy.. so it lasts for a couple of days..

Sorry Deb I don't eat any kind of pepper...I saw a Weight Watchers recipe for stuffed peppers..

Chews, if you have coconut oil, that makes for a nice hypoallergenic moisturizer.
I have 3 bottles of coconut oil. LOL I love it. I use it in baking and frying stuff too. I haven't really used it on my body yet although I've read it's great for lots of things. I used to put it in my coffee too but haven't done that in a while.

Coconut oil was the only thing that saved me when I had the hives..I had them REALLY bad. I use it as a sunscreen too.
