Well time to get my bra and dress on....hair in ponytail
Hope the crabbiness and grumpiness were replaced by good cheer as the day went on.

For your DH's leg cramps, they say it could be potassium, magnesium, and/or other mineral deficiency. Or dehydration. ACV is a good source of potassium. Earthclinic is a great source of home remedies, including leg cramp ones.

It's not like the family silver or anything. I will never pay $60 for a 3-set of Tupperware, either.

I like the new paraben-free disposable containers. Safe and durable.

Soon! Forgot to share, my SIL had WLS in October, as you know. Haven't seen her but she posted on Fb that she has gone from 245 down to 195. Can't wait to see her.

Melinda...my mom used to suffer bad from leg cramps. I wonder if diabetes has anything to do with it? I hope he gets some relief. They hurt SO bad!
Lony....did you read where Steve Martin has become a father at 68? I think that is his age or somewhere around that. Now that is grandpa time. Not dad time!!! Of course rich people can afford nannies and such. If they lived in normal houses and a normal working life like us then I doubt having kids at a late age would be as appealing. It's not fair to the kids to have a78 yr. old dad when you are 10 yr. old like his kid will have.

Well I think it will be breakfast for supper around here tonight!

B-protein drink, 3 sausage/cheese balls.
L-veggie beef soup, turkey slices
S-protein drink
D-scramble eggs, bacon, sausage, flax pan cake, with a cup of coffee on the side!!!
Sue, keep an eye on Eli, some terrible bug is going around the schools here, we've had many in our school...repeated vomiting, fever, sore throat.

Btw, your dinner-breakfast sounds yummy.

Oh no! But closing the schools is best to interrupt the spread. 14 students in my class have been sick with fever, throat, and stomach troubles in the past 3 weeks. We are open, though so it just keeps spreading. My school nurse had sent 18 home with vomiting and fever in just 1 day. Then the parents send them back the next day while they are still contagious.

Little local gym. Open 24 hours. All the machines and tanning beds They want 300 for the first three months then it is 75 a month.

They YMCA is also an option but lots more people and little kids. They are $750 for a year but they are only open certain hours.

What I am going to enjoy most is working different areas. My inner thighs are starting to look like my arm flaps.

Gotta wait for the bonus money to come rolling in.
