KC, the dress is absolutely adorable! I agree with Lony, no pocket may work best.

KC, I would use one of the materials to make a purse and trim with leftover material.

LOL I know you are dead set on a pocket so I would use the dress fabric, but that is just my opinion. Maybe trim the top of it with the bias tape, or even the whole pocket if you have enough

Well I just finished probably the coolest apron in the history of all aprons! It has detachable accessories!

I made a camo apron and I put quick release buckles on the pocket. Then I sewed the other end of the buckles to a silicone pot holder and a black dish towel trimmed with cammo ribbon.

Bronners runs around $3, if you get free shipping it's a great deal. I use the liquid Bronners for pet baths.

Omg, what are you planning on doing with/in it, exactly???? That quick release feature makes me think of The Chippendales.... Or is it for Mr. Mike?

I would make you a sexy purple sparkle number.

I love making aprons. My Grammy told me once that was the sexiest thing a woman can wear.

No need to apologize, I'll go back and quote myself (if that is possible) so you can see it on this page.

They run between $6-8 usually. And no moths for you!
