Eliza...what a bummer with hubs being sick! I hope he is better soon and your Spring break turns out to be great!!!
lucky....that is great news about your grandsons. You know at that age it is when they start hanging with peers that they will hang with all through school. Nothing like a good youth group from a church that has good kid programs!

Thanks, Sue! We're both sick and I have so many items on my to-do list, I need to get better and get cracking on it ASAP!

How is baby Layla? Bet she is growing super fast.

Great job on the 60-min of walking!

But on the hurting knees. Have you tried wearing knee braces? That may help. Also, tight muscles responsible for knee movement may cause knee pain. Try massaging the one on the inside of your thigh leading to your knee, see if you have any painful points on the muscles and gently rub them out.

Hi again. Just made some protein choc pb fudge. It tasted yummy. I am also making a bacon cheddar bread, low carb of course and creamy white chicken chili. I gave ds14 the choice of the chili or chicken enchiladas and he chose the chili. It is only 37 so that plus the warm cheddar bacon bread will be good.

I had some gyro meat with sour cream and hot sauce for lunch. It was so good. We are out of tzatzki. They eat it like it's gold in this house. LOL My older ds even eats it as a dip for pork rinds. Yucko to me but he loves it. Youngest has lost 15 lbs and oldest has lost 27 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so serious.. I was going to write you a private message...but I thought I would thank you out in the thread...that was spot on for me....speaking for me..I am always stressing on the what ifs instead of living in the moment...even my own son has told me hundreds of times.. mom I can't live life like you.. but I never ever used to worry like this until I had a baby.. and then compounded with job losses and threatened job losses.. it escalates in my head for me, then the diet is blown, and I am thinking Apocalypse...so when you posted that.. I thought wow I am going to cut and paste it and save it.. I really mean that seriously and it's heart felt...

Chewie, I really appreciate it... the one thing I have is self love.. I can't wrap my brain around someone who says they hate themselves.. because they fall of their diet...it's not like I am a serial killer...or torture my dogs.. though they would love it...so when I say a fat fatty fatterson, it's not meant to degenerate myself in any way...I just hate my actions.. know what I mean?? But so far so good today..walking is good.. drank my iced coffee....it's near noon time.. not binging...and now I have to pack the lunches...I am a picker I pick at food.. so I have to be real careful..tonight I am going to have a ground beef patty and low carb coleslaw.. that is my favorite low carb meal.. and for WW I calculated 9 points...everything if free but the ground beef patty and the mayo...

Melinda!!! I am so impressed! You are putting me to shame! I have been up and down the stairs a few times, can I count that?

Mona, congrats on the weight loss! What is dh up to with his losses?

Chewie, whoohoo, crossing the legs!

Lucky, congrats on your grandsons getting selected for the choir!! I loved singing and being in choir. My youngest sister and I were blessed with being able to sing like our mom. My middle sister took after my dad, . And you know what? Not a single one of my children can sing! What are the odds of that?! My son goes around belting out of tune songs all the time. He gets teased mercilessly at home and at school but he keeps on singing. More like everyone wants to strangle him, if you know what I mean! Congrats again, you all must be very proud!!

Thanks, girls! We didn't make any plans because DH always works. My only plans are to get the kitty neutered, get both pets' yearly shots, get my SUV in for its 50,000 mile service, get DS in for his optometrist and new glasses appointment, deep clean the house.....you know, that kind of exciting stuff....
