I need a good poopy. I poop every few days. Been taking the magnesium but I started a magnesium/potassium pill. IDK if it has the same effect on me. I think I need straight Magnesium.

Also thinking of fasting longer on some days. Maybe even doing a 24 hr fast. or shortening my window. IDK yet. May just experiment. This weight has to go!!!!! :lol:

Hello and Happy February my dear sweet Ladies and one Gent! It was 11 degrees this morning after just being 63 two days ago...crazy weather...back to winter!
LOL Terri... my Dad used to use that term ....haven't heard it in a long time and it made me smile just reading it. He used the S word though.

OK - Started out in January sick at 272, went up to 278, Haven't re-lost it all yet. But I agree with Z (I think that's who posted it) February is going to be good.

I have a Goal to lose 30 pounds by April 30. There is a wedding I must attend. I committed myself when I was at 272, so my goal is 242. This can be done.
Mini Goal one 257 - 17 pounds from today's weight BY March 17 2013 (6wks & 2days).
Mini Goal two 242 - 15 pounds BY April 30 (6wks & 2 days). :muscles:

Cassidy....If you want to keep on taking the magnesium/potassium pill, just add a plain magnesium to it. They are really cheap, especially at Walmart. I used to take a Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc combo pill daily and that was enough magnesium for me. I got them at Sam's Club. They switched brands and now all I can get are Calcium with Vitamin D....so I get plain Magnesium at Walmart and take that along with the Calcium w/Vit. D. Just be careful....if you end up with too much magnesium, you'll have the opposite problem. :eek:

Duplicate day, because my "morning" has shifted from noon to 6:30pm in preparation for my new shift (10 pm to 8 am). As we have discussed before, due to having a longer time to expel fluids without eating or drinking, sleeping in makes for artificially low numbers. So 287.1 is a lovely number to see, but it really isn't an accurate portrayal of what I should expect of my numbers for a week.

But on the other hand, WOOOOOO!

I would have just edited, but there's a time limit :)
